$25 deposit is required for all appointments. *Deposits go toward your service balance* Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE unless you cancel BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Should you cancel less than 24 hours or fail to show for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and will be charged for half of service total. If you need to reschedule before 24 hours of your appointment, you will be able to apply your deposit to your newly scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours or did not show to your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and you will need to make a new deposit to reschedule. Squeeze ins/After hours If the times I have are not available to you, feel free to message me. There is a $20 after hours fee that will not go towards the service. Late arrivals I ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure sufficient time and quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals the length of your appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. Clients arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the following appointments. While I try my best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at my discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
